Every Sunday morning, the largest traditional market on the island is held in the town of Teguise – the former capital of the island of Lanzarote from the 15th to the 19th century. In 1985, it was declared a Historic-Artistic Site and is currently considered one of the most beautiful villages in Spain.
You will have approximately 3 hours to visit the market, where you will find numerous stalls of local artisans and farmers. In the heart of the old town, with its narrow streets, a beautiful central square, surrounded by buildings of interest such as churches, palaces, museums, art galleries, shops and charming restaurants.
Return: between 1:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m., depending on the pick-up location.
