Entrance and visit to the Timanfaya National Park, stop at a typical bodega and tasting session.
OVERVIEW
Discover the most exciting locations in Lanzarote’s South.
We will move towards the Fire Mountains to visit the Timanfaya National Park, where we can enjoy geothermal demonstrations on the islet of Hilario. We will continue with the “Volcanoes Route” by bus, accompanied by the history of the eruptions that have occurred in Lanzarote in the 18th and 19th centuries.
We will stop in the fishing village of El Golfo to visit the Green Lagoon. We will continue to the most important wine-growing area of Lanzarote, La Geria, a unique example of how the local farmers have taken advantage of and adapted to cultivate vines.
They have shaped a unique landscape throughout the world (stop at a typical winery and tasting included).
Return to the pick-up point between 13:30 and 14:30.
ITINERARY
- SMALL ROUTES OF LOW DIFFICULTY ON FOOT.

PICK- UP POINTS:
- If you dock at Port Muelle de Los Mármoles in Arrecife: the closest point is the Mingo Bar located at the same port, 5-10 minutes from where the cruise ship docks, passing the police checkpoint.
- If you dock at Port Muelle de Cruceros or Muelle de La Marina in Arrecife: the closest pick-up point is at the parking number 3, just past the police checkpoint, a 5 min walk from where the cruise ship docks.
- Visit to the Fire Mountains in Timanfaya National Park Geothermal experiments and Route of the Volcanoes by bus
- Walk around El Golfo Green Lagoon and black sand beach
- La Geria, a unique example of how the local farmers have taken advantage of and adapted to cultivate the vines.
- Return to the pick-up point between 13:30 and 14:30h.
