CANCELLATION POLICY

In terms of return policy, there are two types of products available through www.feelinglanzarotetours.com. On the one hand, activities, consisting of excursions/services and, on the other hand, vip, premium, private or tailor-made excursions and services.

In general, for services / products purchased through www.feelinglanzarotetours.com, reservations may be canceled or modified, depending on availability, only with expenses for “reimbursement procedures” that we explain below, up to 24 hours prior to the beginning of the service. Modifications made before that date do not incur any additional costs, except for VIP services or customized tours.

Date modifications up to 24 hours before the start of the service will be possible only in case of availability and must be confirmed in writing by www.feelinglanzarotetours.com.
In any case, cancellations within the last 24 hours before the start of the activity / service will not be subject to any refund, except in cases of force majeure in which the circumstance that caused such cancellation will be examined.
In the event that the user does not appear at the starting point of the activity on the day and time indicated in the reservation confirmation e-mail, it will be understood that the user is forfeiting the use and enjoyment of the contracted service, thus exempting Aboraservice S. Coop. of any responsibility, in this case the user will not be entitled to reimbursement and unable to make any changes. Likewise, no refund will be made and Aboraservice S. Coop. will be exempted of any responsibility should the user leave the group after starting the activity.

EXPENSES FOR REIMBURSEMENT PROCEDURES

If you decide to cancel the service before 24 hours, we will refund the amount paid minus the processing fees for the refund. These fees are:

-1.5% of the amount + €0.25 for European cards.

-2.5% of the amount + €0.25 for cards from the United Kingdom.

Examples:

If we buy a Grand Tour excursion worth €87 per person for 2 people, we will pay a total of €174. In case of canceling this excursion more than 24 hours in advance, we will refund the following amounts according to your card:

  • In the case of a European card, the reimbursement fees will be 1.5% + €0.25, which means €2.61 + €0.25 = €2.86 in fees. 174 – 2.86€ = 171.14€. The refund would be €171.14.
  • In the case of a UK card, the reimbursement fees will be 2.5% + €25, which means €4.35 + €0.25 = €4.60 in fees. 174 – 4.60€ = 169.40€. The refund would be €169.40.
