OVERVIEW
In an enclave of volcanic nature, at the foot of Timanfaya National Park, you will find the Salinas de Janubio, a salt garden where you can enjoy a guided tour of approximately ninety minutes. It is a centenary cultural space of great architectural, ethnographic, environmental and landscape richness. You will see the salat pan workers performing their duties and hear about all the secrets of these artisan salt flats, which are the largest in operation in the Canary Islands.
At the end of the visit you will enjoy a salt and wine tasting.
